Responsible use principle
Customers must use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in alignment with applicable provider policies, safety requirements, and commercial terms.
Prohibited activity
The following uses are not allowed: illegal activity, fraud, phishing, spam, malware, impersonation, deepfake abuse, sexual exploitation, political manipulation, high-risk regulated use without approval, and violation of third-party model provider terms.
Safety review
We may review customer use cases during onboarding and may request additional information for sensitive workflows, regulated domains, or high-volume deployments.
Enforcement
We may limit, pause, or terminate access when we identify harmful use, policy violations, security risk, legal risk, or provider policy concerns.
